On October 28, the series "Agency" turns one year old. And a new episode is dedicated to this date: 3.5.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who supports my work, comments and keeps inspiring me to move forward. Without you all this would not have happened!
I also want to express my gratitude to the entire Madness Community. It brings me joy to see it continuously develop and bring something new to the table each time. Especially in comparison to what it was about 7 years ago, then it is heaven and earth. This Madness Day was one of the best, and I want to say thank everyone for their creative and fantastic projects. I also wanted to say thank those who help the community develop, help newcomers and behave in a friendly manner. After all, what is the point of negativity and hatred if we do what we want and for pleasure, so why don't we do it together with a common love for a common matter? "Everything by Everyone!".
I don't like to talk about what happens in my animations, but here I want to mention a couple of important things.
Episode 3.5 has the main idea that there are some immeasurable parameters that help you live. It's not just agility, intelligence, etc. But something more, which at first may seem small, insignificant, but this is where it begins before it can save even a place like Nevada.
I've loved Madness Combat for about 15 years now, and for me it's not just some series, but a huge part of my life. The series "Agency" was conceived by me around the second half of the 10s. The main ideas of the series were: a tribute to Madness, experiments with the Madness format, with use of symbolism. The feats in the Agency are more like "guesting" than just participating in the project. This has a more symbolic and creative message than just helping me with the project. I try to make sure that the project has a soul, and not just mine, but all those who love Madness.

It was created not so much for activity, but for maintaining communication and inspiration. There you can participate in events, suggest ideas and indirectly or directly participate in the creation of the series.
In this episode, Lt-Abdelhak is featured (I advise everyone to check out his work!). Thank you very much for participating, it was interesting and pleasant to work with you. The result is amazing! I would like to have more such nice people; and I hope that in the future we will be able to work on more projects together.
I also want to say a huge thank you to eighty_ten for helping with the translation and staging of some scenes in episode 3.

I have even more different crazy ideas for the future. It will be more than just Madness.

I will lift the veil of secrecy. The process of creating the next series of "Agency" is in full swing. I'm keeping its creation and all the materials a secret because it's going to be an unexpected and breakthrough series. For me personally, this will be my favorite and best episode of The Agency, and it will mark an important turn in both the plot and the narrative.
Yes, it's not perfect, I see moments of sagging, but I won't fix them anymore. However, I really like the demo version.
Most likely, there will be no feat. I will be the only animator in this episode. eightyten will probably create art, as well as help me with the grammatical side of the English language, but nothing more.
The release date is still unknown, but very soon. I would like to coincide the release of the series with October 28, when the Agency turns one year old, because it was on this day that I released 1 episode a year ago. It was an ordinary autumn, but it changed everything, for which I am grateful to you.
